If you think the wet hair look is only for when you didn’t have time to blow dry your hair in the morning or returning sweaty from the gym, think again.
This spring the wet hair look is back and we will show you how to make it work for your hair.
To get the wet hair look style your hair as normal. For Beyonce’s look, stylist Farinah wrapped random sections of towel dried hair around a quarter inch curling iron and then blow dried her locks for a messy but sexy texture.
Next drench the strands in oil from root to tip to achieve the look. We recommend using Moroccan oil to condition the hair without weighing hair down and making it greasy.
You can take the style on step further but adding a sea salt spray to lock in the shine and add a beachy texture.
If your hair is short- Try wearing your hair slicked back for a more masculine inspired ‘do
If you have medium length hair- Try parting your hair down the middle and going to two textures. Play with the wet look at the roots and leave the ends wavy for a new take on this trend.
If you have long hair- Put your hair up in a pompadour updo for an edgy yet classy look that can be worn for a special night out.
We think the pompadour look is absolutely stunning! What do you think?
